Return Policy

TRAILDOG will accept returns for items that are in "new" condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be new in appearance and be free of hair, odors and dirt. Items must be purchased on the TRAILDOG website. Items not purchased on the TRAILDOG website must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend to carefully test your new products in an internal place, not to be wet, keeping the packaging intact, before taking them outside.

Before returning an item for return, make sure that the item is free of odors and hair and in resalable condition.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number.
A notification will be sent by email about the credit that will be provided to your bank account number, which will be requested by one of our agents, or through your Paypal account if you chose this form of payment. Please note that the shipping costs are not refundable.

Product change

To make a product change, follow the previous return process and then place a new order of the items you want. Product changes are handled as separate transactions. Your refund will be credited to your bank account number or Paypal account and your new order will be charged to your credit card or Paypal account, depending on the payment method you choose.

TRAILDOG guarantees our accessories for pets at the time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If you have a problem with our product, return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THAT THE PRODUCT HAVE CHEMICAL PARTS OR HAS BEEN MISUSE, OR HAVE SYMPTOMS OF ABUZOS, LIKE MALTRATOS CAUSED BY SCRAPPING OF PUNZANT OR ABRASIVE ELEMENTS. The guarantee will be denied.

If you can not return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased it on the TRAILDOG website, provide the details of the problem, as well as an image that shows the problem. Send to:

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.

A tracking email will be sent to the email address sent with the order when the order is shipped.

Shipments rejected

Once an order has been shipped from TRAILDOG, customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. If an order is rejected by the customer or canceled during transit, you will be charged shipping and return charges.
